A little about me
My name is Nkusu Lauren
Growing up on the small cobble street of Poissy, France I was constantly finding myself at the street markets- au centre ville- carefully pairing the flowers, smelling and nurturing them. My own imaginary garden (Le Jardin in French) was beginning to take shape in my head.
Why Nkusu? Name given to me by my grandmother, it reminds and attached me to my Congolese roots. It defines who I am and it greatly influences the style of my floral compositions. Le Jardin de Nkusu was born Spring 2021 !
